2017 Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) Implementation

Darwin Bring is a Safety Investigator for FMCSA which he was been for approximately 10 years. In this position, he conducts investigations on motor carriers to ensure they are in compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) and Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMRs), including Hours of Service regulations. Prior to being an investigator for FMCSA, he was a Trooper with the North Dakota Highway Patrol for 11 years. During his years as an NDHP Trooper, he conducted roadside inspections and was Level 1 certified.

LeeAnn Jangula is a Federal Program Specialist for FMCSA and has been in that position since 2005 responsible for oversight of investigations. Prior to this position, she was a Safety Investigator for FMCSA responsible for conducting investigations on motor carriers to ensure they were in compliance with the FMCSRs and HMRs, in addition to conducting roadside inspections.
