Job Description
In this dynamic role you will work with our team to grow the Education and Training for the Members of the Saskatchewan Trucking Association. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, marketing and support of the education department including but not limited to:
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Logging, Entry
and Tracking
· Schedule and coordinate contract trainers for courses
· Maintain the training calendar, schedule and log dates and links on the website
· Registration of participants in educational programs and workshops
· Assist with development and creation of forms and templates
· Assist clients/members with existing program information and documentation
· Ensure books and supplies are current and inventory is kept
· Review of curriculum and changes as needed
· Source new training programs and opportunities for revenue growth
· Market training programs to existing members and the industry
· Work with WCB on Trucking Industry CoR and SECoR
· Strong understanding of CoR and Secor and a willingness to learn the programs

Qualifications
Specific Skills and Knowledge:
· A positive attitude
· Data Management
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
· Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
· Proven initiative and self-motivation
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and within established timelines
· Ability to manage and prioritize assignments
· Demonstrated problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills
· Lead by example to maintain high standards of conduct at workplace
· Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity skills
· 2 years office admin experience
· Certificate in Office Admin. an asset
· Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
· Familiarity with basic principles of health and safety management systems and statistical record keeping
· Customer service experience
· Experience with Sage CRM Software an asset
· Experience in Health and Safety Admin an asset
