Emerson POE processes highway commercial shipments under the FAST-1 st system, 7 days a week from 7am to midnight. To be FAST lane eligible, carriers and importers must be authorized under the Partners in Protection (PIP) Program or both the PIP and Customs Self Assessment (CSA) Programs. Drivers must have a valid FAST card or Commercial Driver Registration Program (CDRP) card. Using the FAST lane can reduce border wait times by up to 70%.
