Drive Her Future
The trucking industry thrives on diversity, and it’s time to create a more inclusive workforce where everyone has the opportunity to succeed. Drive Her Future is a campaign dedicated to encouraging more women to explore careers in trucking. There’s a place for everyone in this industry.
WE are TRUCKING
In January 2020, we launched our WE are TRUCKING campaign, a powerful initiative designed to highlight the incredible people and stories within our industry. The campaign features a series of videos that showcase the passion, hard work, and commitment of those who keep our roads moving and our economy strong.
Women Shifting Gears
Despite growing numbers of successful women entering the industry, Canada’s transport truck driver workforce is predominantly male, with only 4% being female. Recognizing this disparity, the Saskatchewan Trucking Association, in collaboration with the YWCA of Saskatoon and the Ministry of Immigration and Career Training, developed Women Shifting Gears.
