This course equips employees with a thorough understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) concepts, offering practical tools to foster a DEI culture in their workplaces.

This course helps participants gain a solid understanding of key DEI topics. This understanding will help support DEI as an idea and back company DEI projects. Participants will learn how to help with DEI efforts in their workplaces.

Women Shifting Gears

Launched in partnership with YWCA Saskatoon and the Ministry of Immigration and Career Training. Women Shifting Gears was created to help address the gender gap in Canada’s trucking workforce, where only 4% of transport truck drivers are women. The program supports and empowers women to enter the industry through training and career development.
