Launched in partnership with YWCA Saskatoon and the Ministry of Immigration and Career Training. Women Shifting Gears was created to help address the gender gap in Canada’s trucking workforce, where only 4% of transport truck drivers are women. The program supports and empowers women to enter the industry through training and career development.
