Admission Requirements and Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for this course, however, NSC-A is a prerequisite for the NSC Program Management class and a component of the Certified Transportation Safety Designation programs. Additionally, NSC-A is CTSC and CTSP mandatory.

Launched in partnership with YWCA Saskatoon and the Ministry of Immigration and Career Training. Women Shifting Gears was created to help address the gender gap in Canada’s trucking workforce, where only 4% of transport truck drivers are women. The program supports and empowers women to enter the industry through training and career development.
