Saskatchewan Trucking Association Elects New Leadership at 87th Annual General Meeting

Saskatoon, SK — The Saskatchewan Trucking Association (STA) successfully held its 87th Annual General Meeting on October 29, 2024, at TCU Place in Saskatoon, where members, stakeholders, and industry leaders gathered to celebrate progress, reflect on the past year, and appoint new leadership.
The STA is pleased to announce Rob Ruiters of Bison Transport as the newly elected Board Chair. Rob’s commitment to the Saskatchewan trucking industry and his extensive experience in transportation will serve the association well as it continues its efforts in advocacy, safety, and industry growth.
Kerri Lynn of Hawk Logistics has been elected as 1st Vice Chair, and Brock Girling of Q-Line Transport as 2nd Vice Chair. Heather Day of C.S. Day Transport, who served as Board Chair with distinction over the past two years, will continue to lend her expertise to the Board in the role of Past Board Chair. The STA extends its gratitude to Heather for her exceptional leadership, which has driven key initiatives and strengthened the association’s impact.
This year, the STA also welcomes three new Board members:
- Sherry Mossman of Northern Resource Trucking
- Dallas Lowe of Canada Cartage
- Nick Johnson of C.S. Day Transport
The STA extends a warm welcome to the new Board members and expresses gratitude to all members, returning and new, for their dedication to advancing the interests of Saskatchewan’s trucking industry.
