Job Description
Responsibilities and tasks:

Greeting and communicating with customers on all
aspects of repair
·
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email
and in person
·
Sharing product knowledge and technical
expertise with customers to build existing and new business
·
Providing service quotes and receiving customer
authorization for work to be done on customer vehicles, finalizing sales and
completing customer follow up
·
Scheduling customer appointments
·
Recommending services to customers
·
Ensuring all products are billed accurately to
the customer
·
Completing proactive calls to customers to
determine their satisfaction level with the service received
·
Data input onto work orders

Qualifications
·
Mechanical knowledge is an asset
·
Written and verbal communication skills
·
Computer skills; typing, email, transferring
files.
·
Dedicated and friendly.

Must be able to work in a team environment.

Positive attitude
·
Valid driver’s license and reliable
transportation
·
Working in a team atmosphere
·
1A license is an asset but not required.
