The Pioneer tablet’s software enables Pioneer’s Customer Support team to directly log into any driver’s tablet to address issues drivers may have while operating the system. “Our Customer Support team can remotely log into a driver’s tablet and will see what the driver sees in real-time, allowing for quick resolution when troubleshooting. This is what sets Pioneer’s Customer Support apart from other ELD providers. This will reduce potential down time significantly for the driver and the need to revert to paper logbooks when systems fail.”

Pioneer’s easy to install (plug & play), low touch ELD solution can be integrated with other telematic solutions Pioneer offers or with a carrier’s current solutions.
