What a great start to our Annual Golf Classic!

We kicked things off with a fantastic pre-golf networking event at Moose Woods Lounge at Dakota Dunes. It was a pleasure catching up with familiar faces and meeting new ones. The atmosphere was just right—good food, great conversations, and lots of laughs. Highlights included lively discussions about the future of our industry, the challenges we face, and innovative ideas to move forward. The energy in the room was infectious, leaving everyone excited for the golf tournament the next day. Thanks to everyone who made it out; your presence made the night special. Golf Classic Recap

The next day, golfers at the 2024 STA Golf Classic proved the saying true: a bad day golfing is better than a good day at the office. We enjoyed a beautiful day on the links at Dakota Dunes, with the fog clearing just in time for our 12-noon start. Many tested their short game in the putting contest, hoping to win a generous $3500 prize, while others warmed up at the driving range. Lunch was served in the clubhouse, and our sponsors were out in force, greeting players at their tee boxes with refreshments and encouragement. The day was filled with contest holes for longest drives, closest to the pin, and longest putts, along with two chances to win cash for a hole-in-one. We ended the day with a fabulous steak dinner prepared by Dakota Dunes’ chef, followed by door prize drawings and awards for the winning team, the most honest group, and contest hole winners.
