Workplace Harassment and Violence Regulations

Workplace harassment and violence policies, training programs, and workplace assessments need to be reviewed and updated at least once every three years. Employers who first implemented these measures in 2021 will need to review them in 2024. In addition, employers and employees must renew their WHVP training on a three-year cycle. Anyone who last received training in 2021 will be due for a refresh in 2024.

The STA, YWCA Saskatoon and Saskatchewan Ministry of Immigration and Career Training have launched a pilot-program to encourage more woman to participate in the trucking industry.
