This course focuses on safe handling and transportation of food for bulk tanker drivers. A review of the Food Safety Modernization Act, best practices for hygiene, tanker preparation and inspection for the transport of food, including the purpose of seals, and tips for monitoring cargo during the trip are provided.
Online learning content is equivalent to one half-day classroom course. Course concludes with a knowledge exam to validate learning.
